“Very professional and customer oriented”

My friend and I contacted Albizia based on recommendation from a mutual friend of ours. From the moment we initiated first contact via e-mail the approach of the founder (Nelson) and co-founder (Renata) was very professional and customer oriented.
Route of our choice was Lemosho route which we selected based on the beautiful scenic views and very good acclimatization that took 5 days. Nelson put together a group of professionals starting with assistant guide, an excellent cook and porters.
From the first day we were being treated with excellent service that started morning with warm water for washing up and warm breakfast and ended after warm dinner at night.
Nelson and his crew helped us to successfully reach Uhuru peak and thanks to them we have achieved a life time experience.
I highly recommend Albizia for their amazing attitude, customer approach and professionalism.

“Once-in-a-lifetime experience”
The trip to the top on Kilimanjaro was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. An essential part of the amazing experience was having Nelson as a guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely loves the mountain. From flora to fauna, the trip to the top was filled with information about the the diversity of life, and the mountain as a changing environment. I would recommend him as your guide in a heartbeat.
